Flashi Account Deletion Request

Users may request deletion of their Flashi account and associated personal data by emailing support@getflashiapp.com from the email address registered to their Flashi account.

When an account deletion request is received:

• User profile information will be permanently deleted.
• Saved payment information will be removed.
• Marketing preferences will be removed.

The following information may be retained where required by law or legitimate business purposes:

• Completed order history
• Transaction records
• Tax and accounting records
• Fraud prevention and security records

Most account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
